If you want to expand your mind, spread your wings of curiosity and grow then here are some reasons you may want to join my mindfulness and compassion course;

  1. You're exploring Mindfulness for the first time.

  2. You would like to develop a further understanding of Mindfulness.

  3. You're looking to develop strategies to reduce stress and anxiety

  4. You are ready to cultivate self-awareness and would like to investigate old and unhelpful patterns.

  5. You would like to improve your focus and concentration.

  6. You're interested in bringing more kindness and self-compassion into your life.

  7. You want to be part of a like-minded community.

Quite often we go through the day without pausing or giving ourselves space to come out of autopilot.

This course is designed to support you with your wellbeing, and you will learn how to cope with stress and anxiety and life's ups and downs.

Mindfulness will help you to develop self-awareness and gain a new perspective on things, as well as breaking old and unhelpful thinking patterns.

You will discover the power of Mindfulness and Self-compassion within a supportive group and bringing more resilience and calm into your life.

There are many reasons why practising Mindfulness is beneficial to your health and well-being, Including;

🤎Decreasing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

🤎Increase your sense of empathy and improve your relationships.

🤎Helps with pain management and chronic pain.

🤎Reduce stress levels.

🤎Improve focus and concentration.

🤎Better sleep pattern.

There are no prerequisites for attending our four week course, as long as you are fully committed to the course and the home practice.

📚The course prescribes 10-15 minutes of home practice each day between sessions.

📚Ideally, participants should plan to build this time into their day.

📚Much of the learning comes from the actual practice between sessions, so it is important that you make a commitment to doing it.

However, from time to time you may be unable to do your home practice due to emotions and life events, but this can also be valuable for your journey.
