🌿 What this is
Wild Water Reset is a guided nervous system regulation experience in nature, using the sea as a space for embodied support.
This is not cold water therapy.
It is not a swimming programme.
It is not a cold exposure challenge.
Cold water is simply the environment we work within.
The focus is your nervous system — and how it learns to feel safe, steady, and present in real time.
This is carefully guided nervous system work in nature.
Not a performance space.
Not a push-through-it environment.
🌊 For women who want to feel…
-
more at home in their body
-
calmer under emotional intensity
-
less overwhelmed by sensation or life
-
more grounded, present, and steady
-
more connected to themselves in nature
🌙 This is not about becoming a swimmer
This is not about performance.
It is not about pushing your limits.
It is not about doing more or going further.
This is about learning how to stay with yourself — especially when your nervous system activates — and how to return to safety again in real time.
You do not need to be a strong swimmer.
You do not need to feel confident in cold water.
You only need to arrive as you are.
🌿 If you’re here, you may be feeling…
-
disconnected from your body or confidence
-
emotionally overstimulated or overwhelmed
-
stuck in your head more than your body
-
drawn to the sea but unsure where to begin
-
craving something grounding, simple, and real
You do not need to be “good” at this.
You only need a willingness to meet yourself gently.
🌊 What Wild Water Reset includes
This is a gentle 4-week nervous system experience in the sea.
It combines:
-
guided sea immersion
-
breath + regulation practices
-
nervous system grounding techniques
-
real-time emotional and somatic awareness
-
supported exposure to sensation at your own pace
This is not performance.
This is presence in the body.
🌿 Choose Your Starting Space
Because this is nervous system-led work, Wild Water Reset is not run as one mixed group.
Different bodies arrive with different levels of comfort, sensitivity, and experience in the water — so you’ll be guided into the space that best supports your nervous system.
This is not about ability.
It’s about safety, readiness, and capacity in the body.
Groups are intentionally kept small so everyone feels properly supported in the water.
🌿 Grounded
A slower, more supported space for those newer to cold or open water, or anyone who feels anxious, overwhelmed, sensitive, or unsure where to begin.
This space focuses on:
-
building safety in the body
-
gentle sea exposure
-
nervous system regulation before intensity
-
learning to stay with yourself in sensation
-
gradually building trust and confidence
🌊 Resilience
For those with some experience in cold or open water who feel ready to build confidence, steadiness, and embodied resilience.
This space focuses on:
-
staying calm under sensation
-
strengthening nervous system regulation in real time
-
expanding capacity gradually and safely
-
building trust in the body
-
developing steadiness under intensity
🌊 The 4-week journey
Each week supports your nervous system in a simple, structured way.
Facilitated by Pammy
I am a Specialist Cardiac Nurse with over 20 years’ experience in nursing, alongside being a Mindfulness, Breathwork, and Cold Water Practitioner.
My work combines clinical understanding with nervous-system-informed and embodied practices, supporting people to reconnect with themselves through the sea, breath, sensation, and presence.
While cold water forms part of my work, this is not about pushing through discomfort or chasing intensity.
It’s about learning how to safely stay connected to the body in real time.
To notice sensation without immediately resisting it.
To build steadiness within the nervous system.
And to experience the sea as a supportive environment for regulation, awareness, and reconnection.
The sea has become one of the places where I feel most grounded, present, and regulated — and this work has grown from both personal practice and professional experience.
Through guided sea immersion, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation practices, I create supportive spaces for people to slow down, reconnect, and move at a pace that genuinely feels safe for their body.
My sessions are rooted in compassion, safety, nervous system awareness, and evidence-informed wellbeing practices.
In May, I will also complete my STA Level 2 Open Water Safety qualification, further strengthening the safety and guidance I bring to sea-based experiences and open water support.
🌊 What may begin to shift
This is not a cold water challenge.
It is a nervous system recalibration in nature.
Over time, you may notice:
-
more ease in your body
-
less fear around sensation or discomfort
-
a deeper sense of presence
-
improved emotional regulation
-
confidence that is felt, not forced
-
more trust in yourself under intensity
🌿 This is for you if…
-
you feel called to the sea but want to feel safe and supported
-
you want embodied regulation, not just theory
-
you are ready to work with your nervous system in real time
-
you want confidence that is felt in your body
-
you want support that feels grounded, gentle, and real
🚫 This is not for…
-
performance swimming or fitness goals
-
cold water challenge culture
-
pushing through discomfort without support
-
This is nervous system-led work in nature.
🌊 Your Starting Point
This is the very first Wild Water Reset, and groups are currently being formed for a start in the week commencing 22nd June.
The week before (from around 15th June) will be a gentle onboarding week where I’ll:
-
confirm groups
-
talk through tides and session timing
-
answer questions
-
make sure everyone feels fully comfortable before we begin
After joining the waitlist or enquiring, I’ll personally guide you into the space that best supports your nervous system, experience, and comfort in the water.
This is always approached gently, honestly, and without pressure.
🌿 From Joining to Entering the Water
Wild Water Reset begins before we ever step into the sea.
Because this work is nervous system-led, the onboarding process is designed to help you feel safe, informed, and supported from the very beginning.
Once you join, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know, including:
-
what to expect across the 4 weeks
-
what to bring and wear
-
how sessions work around tides and weather
-
gentle guidance to help you prepare emotionally and physically
-
important health and safety information
-
space to share any questions, concerns, or support needs
During onboarding week, I’ll personally:
-
confirm your group placement
-
guide you into either Grounded or Resilience
-
talk through session timings and tide conditions
-
answer any questions you may have
-
make sure you feel fully comfortable before we begin
This process is intentionally gentle.
You won’t be thrown into anything before your nervous system feels ready.
The goal is for you to arrive already feeling supported, informed, and safe enough to receive the work.

I recently went to one of Pammy‘s mindfulness day retreats. It was the most beautiful setting with the opportunity to experience a sound bath and a cold water plunge. I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was a new experience for me but I loved it. it gave me time to truly focus on myself. With the chaos of life and work and the challenge of keeping the balance just right I came away feeling energised and the day was amazing. I also had the opportunity to experience an ice bath. I was so nervous but it was the most invigorating experience. The whole day made me realise how important it is to take time out for myself, to have the opportunity to truly ground myself and implement the practices regularly into my daily life. Thank you so much Pammy.

I really enjoyed the day I spent with Pammy. She was wonderful. I felt at ease and looked after, that the session worked so personally well for me while seeing others feeling the same. To together we completed a grounding mindfulness, a lovely lunch, some time for journalling and self reflection, before the plunge into the ice bath. Such an amazing experience literally and mentally so refreshing - can’t wait to experience the ice bath again.

The retreat was such a special and memorable day in the most beautiful location. Pammy went above and beyond to make us all feel relaxed and welcome, settling any nerves we had about trying cold water therapy for the first time, she was really with us every step of the way and I was surprised at how refreshing it was. She also provided a delicious lunch, being so considerate about any dietary requirements and the most thoughtful gift bag. The sound bath with Georgia was such a beautiful and moving experience and being surrounded by an incredible group of women made the day even better. It really was the most relaxing and healing day, full of positive energy.
