Meet Pammy

Hi, I’m Pammy — and I’m here for the woman who’s tired of holding it all.

The one who has spent decades caring for everyone else while quietly unravelling inside.


The one asking herself — “Is there a gentler way?”
Yes, there is. And this is where it begins.

I guide women out of survival mode and into a relationship with their nervous system, their emotions, and their body’s deep wisdom.

My work isn’t about fixing — it’s about feeling. It’s about creating the space to soften what’s been hardened, to listen to what’s been silenced, and to rest in a way that actually restores.

Through somatic healing, nervous system regulation, Silent Counselling, The Activation Method®️, and my signature programs — Softening Into Safety, Anchor, Unmute Your Emotions, and Align & Arise — I support women in releasing long-held emotional tension, rebuilding trust with themselves, and remembering who they were before the world told them to be “strong.”

This isn’t self-care.
This is self-honouring.
A quiet rebellion against burnout, emotional suppression, and the lie that rest is earned.

As a nurse , a body-based healing practitioner, and a woman who’s walked through grief, burnout, and awakening myself, I bring both science and soul into this work.

I hold space for women navigating transition — perimenopause, career shifts, caregiving, empty nests — and help them reconnect to the truth beneath the noise.

Because your emotional well-being isn’t a luxury.

Health and wellbeing workshops

Welcome to our Health and Wellbeing Workshops. 

Our sessions are crafted to help you manage stress and enhance your overall wellbeing. Led by a qualified team, including a cardiac care nurse, breath work instructor, and cold water immersion therapist, we offer mindfulness breathing techniques and invigorating cold water therapy experiences. Additionally, we provide workplace wellness lunch and learn sessions and occupational health consultations for comprehensive approach to wellness.
