It's magic time!
There is so much pressure through December and over the festive period, especially for women. This experience is a gift for you and an invitation to slow down.
Self care is so important through this season and it's something we can all forget when we're caught up in all the busyness!
This is your reminder to do something nice for you. To create a small pocket of time each day to be mindful and intentional about how you are feeling. To make sure you are resting, by the way did you know there are 7 different types of rest!? You do now! And they're all incorporated into this experience.
So go on - take some time out of the chaos of December and do something just for you!
