About Your Guide
Hi, I’m Pammy — a Cardiac Nurse, Cold Water Therapist, Outdoor Swim Safety Coach, and Mindfulness Practitioner with over two decades of experience supporting women’s wellbeing.
My background bridges both science and soul — integrating medical understanding of the nervous system, hormones, and stress response with holistic, evidence-based practices for healing and emotional resilience.
I’m also trained in energy healing, somatic awareness, and stress management, guiding women to find safety in their bodies again — without pushing, forcing, or striving.
This work is born from my own journey through burnout, hormonal imbalance, and rediscovery — and the hundreds of women I’ve walked beside who’ve whispered the same truth:
