This self-paced course combines guidance on safety, breathwork, mindset, and seasonal wellbeing practices to help you embrace the colder waters with steadiness and respect.
(Launching Winter 2025/26 – includes reflective prompts, audio guidance, and video teachings.)

Rooted & Wild Sovereignty – 3-Month Hybrid Container
A sacred, intimate journey for midlife women ready to reclaim their calm, vitality, and feminine power.
Combining bi-weekly group circles and 1:1 healing sessions, this transformational space supports emotional regulation, embodiment, and deep reconnection through perimenopause, menopause, and midlife transitions.
(Limited to six women per intake — next circle opens January 2026.)
