A 4-week embodied nervous system experience in the sea For women who want to feel safer, calmer, and more confident in their body through cold water, breath, and nature-based regulation. This is not about becoming a swimmer. It is not about pushing your limits. It is about learning how to feel safe in your body again—in real time, in nature. If you're here, you may be feeling... disconnected from your body or confidence overwhelmed or emotionally overstimulated stuck in your head more than your body drawn to the sea but unsure where to start craving something grounding, real, and simple You don’t need to be strong for this. You only need to be willing to arrive as you are. Wild Water Reset is a gentle 4-week nervous system experience in cold water and nature. It combines: guided sea immersion breath and regulation practices nervous system grounding techniques emotional + somatic awareness in real time This is not performance. This is presence in the body. Each week supports your nervous system in a simple, structured way: 🌿 Week 1 — Grounding & Safety in Water Arriving in the body Breath awareness Gentle sea entry Building felt safety 🌊 Week 2 — Breath & Movement Calm regulation in water Supporting the nervous system under sensation Learning to stay present 🌿 Week 3 — Confidence in the Elements Expanding comfort in the sea Building trust in your body Gentle exposure with support 🌙 Week 4 — Integration & Embodied Reset Bringing everything together Regulation and reflection in nature Optional thermal integration (sauna experience where available) Closing the nervous system loop This is not a cold water challenge. It is a nervous system recalibration in nature.
