Each day you’ll “open” a little gift — a short 2–5 minute practice or reflection. 

 

Some may be playful, some grounding, all gentle.

 

Here’s how to enjoy the journey:

1️⃣ Open each day’s message when it feels right — no pressure to do them all at once.

2️⃣ Practice each mini exercise for 2–5 minutes.

3️⃣ Optional: Share reflections, cozy corners, or joyful moments — or simply enjoy quietly.
