This is a soft, powerful space for transformation, guided by lunar rhythms, deep rest, and emotional clarity.

Mindfulness practitioner, registered nurse, holistic health expert, breath work and cold water therapy facilitator. I have created this nervous system regulation programme to bring calm, peace and joy to overwhelmed leaders with big dreams.

 

I have gone from being a burnt out working mum suffering with my mental health and an autoimmune disorder to manifesting balance, good health, happiness and success. The wealth of knowledge and practices that I have collected along this journey is what I have drawn on to create this programme.

Week 1: Root & Reclaim (June 2–8)

Begin by grounding into your body’s wisdom. Learn the foundations of nervous system healing and create sacred space for transformation.

Week 2: Breathe & Expand (June 9–15)

Full Moon in Sagittarius

Let the breath guide you back to presence. Use simple, potent breathwork to create emotional spaciousness and confidence.
